This applies to items purchased from this website only. 

We hope you’ll love and be obsessed with every purchase you make from our website, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, here’s what you can do. 

 

  • To report any damaged or missing items contact us hey@parodnmyvase.com within 7 days of delivery. We will look into it right away and resolve the matter accordingly. 

 

  • But, if your product arrives damaged or faulty or you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase:

 

  1. Inform us at hey@pardonmyvase.com stating the reason you want to return your item, within 7 days of delivery. 

  2. The product must be returned to us unopened and unused and we will issue a full refund or credit note for the price you paid for the item deducting the shipping costs that are non-refundable. 

Please note: you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty. 

Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

3. Unused and unopened products must be returned within 15 days of receipt at:

4. Once we receive the products we will credit your original method of payment as soon as possible excluding the shipping costs. Please note that refunds may take up to 15 business days depending on payment and bank providers. 

 

Exchanges:

We only provide exchanges of products, if your item(s) arrive damaged or faulty. For exchanges of goods you need to contact hey@pardonmyvase.com within 7 days of arrival of purchase.
